ABOUT US
Invest Partners Capital Group Pte. Ltd. (“IPCG”) is a Capital Markets Services Licensee (Fund Management) company issued by Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).
Established in February 2016 by a team of senior financial professionals, we provide a bespoke and comprehensive platform to enhance and preserve the wealth of our ultra-high net worth clients and their families.
IPCG has extensive partnerships and networks with our clients and business partners. We manage financial assets with various private banks and financial institutions to best navigate the changing regulatory environments and unpredictable markets.
Our mission is to provide our clients a full spectrum and tailor-made wealth growth with an inheritance plan in mind through the integration of all financial institutions’ resources with our expertise.

Andy Huang
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Before founding IPCG in 2016, Andy was already an established veteran of the External Asset Management (“EAM”) industry having accumulated 10 years of experience serving as Partner and the Head of Wealth Management at two prior EAMs.
In addition to his specific experience in the EAM industry, Andy has worked in Private Wealth Management (“PWM”) for more than 20 years having covered the Taiwan, Hong Kong and U.S. markets. He first began his career with Standard Chartered Bank in Taiwan and subsequently moved on to work at Merrill Lynch (Taiwan, Hong Kong), Prudential Securities (Taiwan) and Fortis Bank (Taiwan) as a Director.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Business Administration, from National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan and holds a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) degree from the University of Denver, U.S.A.
