Andy Huang
Chief Executive Officer / Founder
Before founding IPCG in 2016, Andy was already an established veteran of the External Asset Management (“EAM”) industry having accumulated 10 years of experience serving as Partner and the Head of Wealth Management at two prior EAMs.
In addition to his specific experience in the EAM industry, Andy has worked in Private Wealth Management (“PWM”) for more than 20 years having covered the Taiwan, Hong Kong and U.S. markets. He first began his career with Standard Chartered Bank in Taiwan and subsequently moved on to work at Merrill Lynch (Taiwan, Hong Kong), Prudential Securities (Taiwan) and Fortis Bank (Taiwan) as a Director.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Business Administration, from National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan and holds a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) degree from the University of Denver, U.S.A.
Kevin Ho
Senior Director / Co-founder
Prior to joining IPCG, Kevin spent 9 years as Vice President in DB, 7 years as VP in BNP Paribas Bank – Taiwan/Singapore in the Greater China Market.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Economics, major in Accounting, Economics and Commercial Laws, from the University of Sydney and holds a CPA, Australia.
Dawson Lim
Senior Director / Co-founder
Dawson was a Senior Banker, with more than 20 years of banking experience, across various financial institutions.
Prior to co-founding IPCG, Dawson spent over 6 years as a Senior Relationship Manager in Credit Suisse AG Singapore, in the Greater China Market.
He holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Finance, from the Hawaii Pacific University U.S.A.
May Wang
Senior Director / Co-founder
May joined Invest Partners Capital Group in 2016. Prior to Joining IPCG, May was a Director with UBS Private Banking and focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
Among her previous roles, she worked in European and large US financial institutions on both the corporate and private banking sides, giving her an invaluable edge to work with Ultra High Net Worth individuals on all aspects of their financial needs.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Lina Koh
Non- Executive Director
Lina is an executive coach and faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership. She brings to her
role a rich diversity of corporate and leadership experiences.A banker by profession, she had
enjoyed a successful international career that spans more than thirty years, with expatriate
postings to many countries including Indonesia, Taiwan,Hong Kong,Thailand and the USA.
Lina has a Master's degree in Social Science (Counselling).
Lennie Wong
Senior Director
Prior to joining IPCG, Lennie was a Vice President with Credit Suisse AG, Singapore. He has more than 25 years of banking and investment experiences – namely American Express Private Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank Brussel Lambert and UOB Hong Kong / Taiwan.
Lennie graduated from City University of Hong Kong with Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Business Studies.
Clare Chen
Senior Director
Clare has more than 10 years of experiences in the financial sector – both securities and wealth management. She is known to be well-motivated Private Bank Relationship Manager with her vast experience internationally – namely BNP Paribas with Taiwan Team, Barclays Wealth with Greater China Team, KGI Asia (HK) Ltd, Taishin Securities and Taiwan Bank.
She holds a MSc in Global Banking & Finance as well as a BA(Hons) in Marketing & Double major in Finance.
Eric Chen
Senior Director
Eric Chen joined Invest Partners Capital Group in April 2021. He was previously a Vice President with Deutsche Bank Private Banking, Singapore. He has more than 20 years of banking and investment experiences.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Eric was a Director with HSBC Private Banking Singapore and focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients. Among his previous roles, he was Vice President in ABN AMRO Private banking Singapore & Taiwan, and HSBC Asset Management Taiwan.
He holds a Master of Science in Statistics with Michigan State University, USA.
Jerry Lu
Portfolio Manager, CFA
Prior to joining IPCG, Jerry spent 4 years as a ratings analyst at Moody's and 3 years working in start-up/VC corporate finance.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from the New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Panny Ho
Client Services Manager
Panny has more than 20 years of banking experience . Before joining IPCG, she was a marketing associate with BNP Paribas wealth management Taiwan team. Prior to that, she worked with Deutsche Bank and National Australia Bank in Taiwan.
She holds a Degree of Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Tam-Kang University, Taiwan
Julie Mok
Client Services Manager
Julie joined the Invest Partners Capital Group in 2017 as a Client Services Manager. Prior to joining IPCG, she held the role of a Senior Assistant Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse AG, Singapore, at which she has had almost 10 years of experience supporting Relationship Managers in servicing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Clients in the Greater China Market.
Before joining Credit Suisse, Julie was a Senior Operations Assistant with HSBC Singapore supporting Relationship Managers in the Offshore Banking Platform. Her combined experience in the Finance and Banking industry exceeds 20 years and she has a wealth of experience in the Private Banking industry.
Chloe Peh
Client Services Manager
Chloe joined the company in 2019 as a Client Services Manager, with more than 6 years of banking and private wealth management experience in Singapore.
She holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Finance from University College Dublin.
Adeline Cheong
Administrative Manager
Adeline joined IPCG in 2019 as an Administrative Manager. She has more than 8 years of administrative and operations background in retail sector.
Adeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing, from University of Staffordshire, UK.
Jeremy Tan
Head of Compliance & Risk Management
Jeremy has more than a half-decade of experience in the buy-side (Fund Management). This includes work experience in Investment Research, Dealing and Settlements Operations, Investor Servicing, Financial Control, and Regulatory Compliance.
Prior to joining IPCG, he was with Target Asset Management Pte Ltd, a reputable asset manager with 26 years of operating history in Singapore.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and an Advanced Certificate (Distinction) in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
David Huang
Assistant Portfolio Manager
David joined Invest Partners Capital Group in 2022 and has worked in wealth management and the fund distribution space previously.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance
